When trying to use Benchmark Factory (BMF) following error may appear in the Eventviewer

"faulting application bfactory.exe, version 5.5.389.2007, faulting module
toolkitpro1042vc80u.dll, version 10.4.2.0, fault address 0x000ba150."

BMF is installed on an unsupported platform.

You are most likely on unsupported O/S platform. Please check the release notes for the current version.  Install on a supported platform.
