Cause

known issue in 6.9.1
Resolution

If the TPC-E objects was done with v6.9.1 and then upgraded to 6.9.2 the fix for the ORA-01405 error was caused by a data load issue that has been fixed in 6.9.2, unfortunaley it does require a data reload.

User needs to reload the TPC-E database objects.
