Benchmark Factory Trial virtual users limited to 20 even after entering a new virtual users key.
Check to see if Benchmark Factory Trial has turned into Freeware mode. Go to Help | About and look under Benchmark Factory Information.
When the Trial period ends, the product will automatically go into Freeware mode in which the limit is 20 virtual users even if a virtual users license is entered.
Request an extended Trial Authorization key from your account representative or by emailing sales@quest.com in additional to the virtual users key.
