Benchmark Factory does not use Kerberos for SQL Server connections -
Description
When I run Benchmark Factory against my SQL Server 2005 instance(s), it does NOT use Kerberos to authenticate but instead uses NTLM when I use Windows authentication.

Cause
DB-Library (BMF Microsoft SQL Server (Native) driver) does not support Kerberos; DB-Library is a deprecated feature--Microsoft is no longer fixing any bugs in DB-Library

Resolution
Since BMF5.8 only supports connecting to SQL Server databases either by using DB-Library (BMF Microsoft SQL Server (Native) driver) or ODBC, try using ODBC
