Resolution 1:
Please, register the two OCX manually: here are file names - BFDurationCtrl.ocx and CFX32.ocx.
They are in the Benchmark Factory install path - for example: C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Benchmark Factory for Databases\bin.Just make sure that these two OCX are registered correctly.Here is link to Microsoft article on how to register an ActiveX control (.ocx) manually:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/146219
Resolution 2:
Uninstall Benchmark Factory and reinstall Benchmark with local admin. account.
