Trying to create a new profile and connect to the SQL Server, the following message is displayed: "Could not login to server".

Resolution
Resolution 1:
Try to enter the IP address of the SQL Server instance instead of the hostname for the profile.
Resolution 2:
Check the connection to the SQL Server via SQL Server Magement Studios.
Resolution 3:
Check the TCP/IP setting based on the SQL Server.
