The Results Summary shows a maximum server throughput and a chart shows User Loads vs. Transaction/Section. Under More graphs, there's a Realtime Detail graph that can be customized to show TPS. The TPS value in the Results Summary graph are different than the Realtime Detail graph.

Resolution
There is a different calculation for TPS values in the Result Summary graph vs. the Real-Time Detail graph.
The maximum TPS in the result summary graph is:
“Total Executions (How many executions in total iteration time) / Total Iteration time”
The maximum TPS in real-time detail graph is:
“Current Executions / Current Iteration Time (How much time this iteration have begun)”
To put it another way, the results graphs show aggregated metrics for each user load whereas the real time graphs show metrics “as they happen.”
