Userload of 100 exceeds licensed amount, reduce userload or stop running jobs.
Cause
This issue is due to a virtual user limitation.
If there is no valid virtual users key, the maximum virtual users is 100.
A change to the software starting in version 7.0, allows multiple jobs can be run concurrently, however for all job's the virtual users should not exceed the licensed virtual user limit.
Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
Contact Account Manager to request additional virtual user licenses.
