Running Sybase with the TPC-E benchmark, and the following error occurred:

Please verify that Benchmark Factory is installed correctly
and that the required client software is also installed.

The profile connection needs to be created with the ODBC driver to connect to the Sybase client.

Check the licensed key and test it on Benchmark Factoryto see if there is ODBC driver under connection profile.
Do not use the Sybase driver to make connection profile for TPC_E benchmark.

After checking licensed key and there is only licensed for the Sybase version, which does not include the ODBC driver.
The TPC-E has not been released for Sybase yet. To use TPC-E, the user will need to purchase the ODBC driver for Benchmark Factory,
speak to a sales rep.
