Benchmark Factory will not install using .exe or .msi installers, but all other products install fine -
Description
When trying to install Benchmark Factory it hangs and does not complete. For the .exe installer it hangs saying, "Please wait while the application is preparing for the first use". For the .msi installer it hangs saying, "Publishing product information".It does not install when running as administrator, when running through command line (even as administrator), or when running silently.
