Where can commercial licensing key credentials (Authorization Key and Site Message) be retrieved for any Quest Product?
Resolution

Visit the Licensing Assistance page and complete the form for licensing assistance.
A License Representative will contact you within one business day (24 hours).
You can also call 1-800-306-9329 and dial option 2. This will put you through to the sales department for assistance with licensing.
