Resolution
1 - Download the latest version of Authentication Services by going to
https://support.quest.com/authentication-services/download-new-releases
2 - Run autorun.exe at the root of the download you can do a custom install or go to windows directory and run gpX64.msi or gpX86.msi
You can use the 4.2 group policy extension with older client. Please see the guides for further information about this:

You can also run Authentication Services 4.1 custom install from the main auto run install. Please see the install guide which is in the docs folder of the download for further information.
