RemoveVirtualVault command in Stage 2 shows 'processing' for a long time (4307004)

Issue
In some situations, the RemoveVirtualVault command in the Stage 2 workflow of a migration using Archive Shuttle may show the processing status. This command is quite quick to process normally, and if the status is processing for a long time, it’s likely a problem has occurred.
Solution
The most likely cause of this issue is that the Shortcut Processing module is not the .Net Framework 4.0 (EWS) version. The name of the service in the Windows Service Control Manager can be used to determine if this is the situation. If the incorrect version is used, the module should be installed again after .Net Framework 4.0 is installed.
