Solution
This behavior has been seen in environments where Outlook 2013 was installed. It is related to MAPI sessions.
This issue is under investigation by Quadrotech and may be addressed in a future release of Archive Shuttle, as a temporary solution we recommend to use Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2007 on the machine where the Native Format Import Module is installed.
