INFO: Archive Shuttle Export Modules may appear to hang when there is a large number of errored i (4293806)

Issue
In certain circumstances a large number of items may be processed with an Archive Shuttle Export module, and have an error during processing. If there are more than about 1000 errors in a batch, and the errors are large text strings, these failed items will fail to be transmitted to the Archive Shuttle Core.
The module will repeatedly try to send these failed items, and repeatedly fail to do so. It will appear as though the module is doing no active work when viewed from the UI, whilst the module log file will show activity.
Solution
Possible solutions include:
– Setting the problematic failed items to permanently failed in the database, may allow the process to continue (when the module is restarted).
– Restarting the module may also resolve the issue.
