Mapping is created, the items are collected, but not routed during Stage 1.
EV Collector module collects the items, but no item appears in Routed items column on Stage 1 screen. Export does not start.
1\ Check if the Filter Policy is set for the mapping. If there is no need to filter collected items, set Filter Policy to Default (No Filter).
2\ Verify whether the Archive Shuttle EV export module is mapped via AS Links screen to the EV source link for the affected user archive. It is possible that only the EV Collector is mapped, while the EV export module is not.
