Resolution

Issue

Mapping is created, the items are collected but not routed during Stage 1.
EV Collector module collects the items but no item appears in Routed items column on Stage 1 screen. Export does not start.

Solution

Check if the Filter Policy is set for the mapping. If there is no need to filter collected items, set Filter Policy to Default (No Filter).
