Solution
EV Import module is getting the error above from EV API when it is trying to ingest item from EV 9.0.5 to EV 11.0.1. This is not happening with EV 10.0.4 CHF 3, EV 11 RTM or EV 11 CHF 1.
After investigation with Symantec, there is no workaround for this issue and there will be a code change as the issue is because of message format or may be due to the different character set in the message (like charset=”ISO-8859-1? or windows-1257 etc), whose consideration has not been done in the code and there is need to change the logic of buffer limit they have made.
