Unable to access the Archive Manager webpage and this error is seen: "Object Moved To Here" -
Description
When connecting to the Archive Manager website the page is blank except for the Text "Object Moved To Here" -
Cause
The Archive Manager web application cannot connect to the ArchiveManager database.
Or
Users are trying to access the Archive Manager Website from a Child Domain and Archive Manager is installed in the parent with Windows Authentication enabled. As the credentials pass through the child domain to the parent, to the Web Server (IIS) running the Archive Manager website and through SQL they may be getting dropped.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Enable Forms Based Authentication on the Archive Manager website so that the credentials authenticate correctly.
The users will be brought to a forms based login screen where they can type in their Active Directory credentials and login to the Website.
WORKAROUND 2 (If SQL Errors)
- In your \Dell\ArchiveManager\Logs directory check the Website.log for any SQL connection errors.
- Verify the ArchiveMgr_Service account can login to the ArchiveManager database and has db_owner of that database.
- Restart your Archive Manager services.

Additional Information
For Forms authentication, Anonymous Authentication should be enabled and Windows Authentication should be disabled. For Windows authentication, Windows Authentication should be enabled and Anonymous Authentication should be disabled.
