The new RTF to HTML converter can not convert Arabic text from RTF to HTML when processing content with links.

Resolution
Add the configuration option "RTF HTML Converter" to the Archive Manager Configuration Editor. The default value is 0, which uses the new converter. If you are experiencing problems with Arabic conversion, changing the default value to 1 to use the old converter may resolve the issue.
