WORKAROUND
The steps to reprocess are as follows.1. Stop the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service
2. Stop the Archive Manager Data Load Service
3. Browse to the Error Folder and MOVE the XML files into the Export Folder (use Windows Explorer or Command Prompt)
4. Start the Archive Manager Data Load Service
5. Start the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service
