Description
After opening a message in Archive Manager and attempting to Forward/Reply/Send To me and then clicking send the following error is displayed:
"Failed to set the From address field with message: 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated"

Cause
The SMTP server requires authentication for SMTP relay to occur.

Resolution
1. Open the Archive Manager Configuration Editor from the Start Menu.
2. On the Encrypted Items tab, configure valid credentials for SMTP relay.
3. Open a command line and restart IIS by typing "IISRESET".
