The Archive Manager Website appears to work normally but Users trying to access archived mail through Outlook or through Archive Manager website recieve either a 504 error or a generic timeout error
This can be caused when the SQL database is refusing connections
Reboot the SQL Server.
Check that Archive Manager is now working correctly.
Upgrade to 4.0 (Latest at the time of writing) as Archive Manager is less likely to use up all available connections from this version onwards.
