Required Service Account missing/removed from the Local Security Policy in MSSQL Server.

1. Runs Windows Local Security Policy (secpol.msc)
2. Navigate to: 
   Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Log on as a service > Right click > Properties
3. Check for any missing SQL Server service account
