This article provides some considerations for assigning access to Archive Manager virtual mailboxes.
In the Archive Manager virtual mailbox properties window please consider the following when assigning accounts to the virtual mailbox
Email Addresses: Any messages with the email addresses specified here in the TO, FROM, CC or BCC fields will appear as content within the Virtual Mailbox.
Exclude Email Addresses: Any messages with the email addresses specified here in their TO, FROM, CC or BCC fields will not appear as content with the Virtual Mailbox.
Wild Card Email Addresses: Any messages with email addresses to any of domains specified here in their TO, FROM, CC or BCC fields will appear as content within the Virtual Mailbox.
