Search Exporter Error : "IIS authentication was successful but could not find Login within Archive Manager" -
Description
When trying to export to PST using Search Exporter, the below error is seen even though the login information is found in the Archive Manager website and the Search Exporter stops exporting further
2017-05-03 13:14:14,137 [9] ERROR MailExporter.Exporter - {{26edff7d-18e2-4c15-a7a9-9639a3d72010}} Could not perform export.
ApplicationException: IIS authentication was successfull but could not find Login within Archive Manager. Please run your Directory Connector service to ensure the database is up to date. -
Resolution
Workaround:
1. Go to Services.msc in the Archive Manager Server
2. Stop the Active Directory Connector (ADC) service and set the Startup type to Manual
3. Run the Search Exporter to export messages to PST
