One user has his/her login disabled randomly when Archive Active Directory Connector service is going through AD.
1:) Account is not Disabled in AD
2:) Account is not hidden nor has an expiry set on it's AD account.
Besides above reasons this can happen.
1:) If user is a member of a group, which has other members which are disabled in Archive Manager website.
2:) User has been given access to certain mailboxes which are either invisible or user login is disabled for those mailboxes.
3:) User have had a change of Primary SMTP address and original SMTP address is now not present as an alternative email address and also there has been a name change for the user.
1:) If user is a member of a group, which has other members which are disabled in Archive Manager website.
a:) Verify that group membership has only active users from AD and AM wesbite as required remove any disabled users.
2:) User has been given access to certain mailboxes which are either invisible or user login is disabled for those mailboxes.
b:) Make sure the access given is to only active and visible mailboxes in Archive Manager website, hence remove the user access to all mailboxes except active ones.
3:) User has had a change of Primary SMTP address and original SMTP address is now not present as an alternative email address.
c:) Restart Archive Manager server and , make sure the new user in Archive Manager website reflects the name chnage. If new mailbox was created and logon name was reused then give access to new user for his old mailbox.
NOTE: These problems can also be taken care of by creating a new active directory account and provide access to new account for the old Archive Manager mailbox.
