Resolution
logon to the AM website as an administrator and go to Administrator console from Top Right Hand Corner.
a:) Go to Mailboxes in Left Pane
b:) Search for the user mailbox in right pane.
c:) Give yourself right to him mailbox by searching your name at bottom right hand corner "Find User" Column and "checking" your account.
d:) Go back to Archive Manager in top right hand corner
e:) You should now see that mailbox under your own Website.
f:) Click on the root of his mailbox.
g:) Address Bar of your Browser will tell you the Mailbox id.
