Certain users are unable to open http://archivemanager/default.aspx
The following error is observed "page cannot be displayed" Error 404
The IIS log display error similar to following:
GetLookupData.aspx/GetMailboxData 404 - NotFound
Also noted that the ESM checkbox disables for the users.
Possible Cause:
Multiple users are attempting to log on using same email address.
For Example:
Rerception@yourcompany.com
Ensure all users log on as individual email account and are provided access to the shared email account.
