Search Exporter error: "Exception: You don't have enough rights to export emails" (4325415)

System.Exception: You don't have enough rights to export emails.

Check in the IIS Manager that the DefaultInstance Authentication is set to either Windows or Forms but not both.

Or

If using HTTPS:// to access  Archive Manager make sure there are no certificate errors when connectiing to the website. 

All certificate errors will need to be resolved before you can use search exporter to export over https.
