Dataloader error "The root element is missing" when processing xml with embedded attachments
Description

In the Application Event log you may see an error with the Dataloader when trying to process xml file with embedded attachments.
Resolution

1. Stop the Dataloader service
2. Browse to the Archive Manager folder and rename the Archive Manager Dataloader Service.exe
3. Download and exact the attached file to the same directory as above
4. Copy some of the xml files in the Error directory to the Export directory
5. Restart the Dataloader service
