If the Archive Manager database is hosted on SQL 2000 server, Data Load and Exchange Store Manager services stop working after upgrading to 4.1.1.436.
The following error is found in the log files of Data Load and Exchange Store Manager services:

1. Unzip the attached file (FailedMessageCheck.zip)
2. Open FailedMessageCheck.sql in SQL Query Analyzer
3. Run it against the Archive Manager Database to update the store procedure 'FailedMessageCheck'.
