During installation of Archive Manager for GroupWise, an Authentication Error occurs whilst trying to setup the Trusted App Key.
Insufficient Permissions.
Workaround
Firstly please confirm the following requirements for the trusted applciation key creation:
- A Novell administrator account with an associated groupwise mailbox account
- Administrator permissions to the entire novell tree & groupwise
1. In Console One, Right Click on the top level of the tree and select Properties.
2. Click on NDS Rights
3. Add Trustee
4. Select the ArchiveManager account
5. Give them Supervisor Rights to Entry Rights and All Attribute Rights.
- Administrator permissions to the file system including wpdomain.db
