The Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this xx time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in xxxxx milliseconds. Restart the service
The Exchange Store Manager Service will terminate and eventually abort if a message it's trying to process is too big or it's corrupt. It's one of Archive Manager's defense mechanisms to prevent memory leaks and is considered normal application behaviour.
The outcome of whether the 'offending' message will be processed also depends on Exchange.
For further investigate which mailbox is having problems, make a note of the time the error in the event log occurs and then look in Exchange System Manager and see which mailbox did ESM account log on at that time.
