Cause
Directory Connector configuration is incorrect server address or search base -
Resolution
- Open the Archive Manager Configuration Console
- On the Directory Connector | Add | Next
- Type the correct NetBIOS Name of the Child Domain | Next
- Type the Server Address | LDAP://Child Domain Server use FQDN:389 | Next
- Type the Search Base | DC=Child Domain,DC=Parent Domain,DC=COM/NET | Next
- Finish | Apply
