When performing a search you receive the following meesage - "Search All Emails by Folder is not supported" -
Description
When doing different searches for keywords/from/to/other..., the following errors are displayed:
"The directory name is invalid."
"Search All Emails by Folder is not supported"
"Federated search by Folder is not supported"

Cause
Administrator is attempting to do a "All Users" search while currently having a specific mailbox selected will cause this to happen.

Resolution
In the Archive Manager website do the following.
1. On the same line as the Search button on the right hand side click "Clear"
2. In the top left click "Email Search"
3. Enter your search criteria again. Select All Users if you are trying to search across the entire archive.
4. Click on Search to perform Search
