Archive Manager Setup Wizard ended prematurely (4286645)

When running the installed to upgrade Archive Manager it may fail with the message "Quest Archive Manager Setup Wizard ended prematurely"

On running the installer with the log option, e.g. msiexec /i "ArchiveManagerInstaller.msi" /L*V "Install.log" the following error is seen in the log:

System.Exception: There was an error running the script Scripts.5.2.1.101.sql ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Incorrect syntax near ')'

Note: Ensure there is a valid recent backup of the Archive Manager database before changing the Compatibility Level

1. In SQL Management Studio, right click the Archivemanager database and select properties | Options | Compatibility level.
2. If the compatibility level is set to a level lower than SQL Server 2008 (100), e.g SQL Server 2005 (90) change it to 2008 (100) or higher.
3.  Run the Archive Manager installer again and it should now complete successfully.
