How can I restrict access to the shared Attachment directory? -
Resolution
On the Archive Manager server locate your shared attachment directory.
The default is "C:\Dell\ArchiveManager\Data"
Right click on the data folder and click the sharing tab.
Click Advanced sharing | Permissions
Click Add and give the "ArchiveManagerServiceUsers" group full control permissions and remove all other users or groups.
