ERROR DataLoader - {{9de3c5b4-b46a-4bec-8555-e5bc32b589cf}} FL.5: Exception has been caught - moving file C:\Dell\ArchiveManager\Export\\e38e2cf8-782c-d716-bb1d-ba816c00104a.xml to error folder.
System.IO.IOException: The directory name is invalid.
Cause

Folder in the service accounts temp directory has been deleted while the service was running.
Resolution

Restart the dataloader service to recreate the missing directories.
Note:
The following are the default temp directory locations used by Archive Manager for its services.
C:\Users\ArchiveMgr_Journal\AppData\Local\Temp\Archive Data Load Service
C:\Users\ArchiveMgr_Service\AppData\Local\Temp\Archive Full Text Search Service
C:\Users\ArchiveMgr_Service\AppData\Local\Temp\Archive Full Text Index Service
These directories or items in these directories should not be removed while the service is running.
