Resolution
BlackBerry Professional Software has not been tested with Archive Manager.
Archive Retrieve is currently not supported if used with BlackBerry Professional Software. -
Additional Information
BlackBerry Professional Software is a scaled down version of BlackBerry ® Enterprise Server that can run on the Exchange server itself with a Client Access Licenses limit of 30.
