The executable for the Exchange Utility has changed in a recent version of Archive Manager. If you have upgraded you may still have both the "Exchange Utility.exe" and the "ExchangeUtility.exe" on your server.

Modify any desktop shortcuts you may have to the older version 4.6.1 of the Exchange Utility (Exchange Utility.exe) by removing the space in the name. The shortcuts should now point to the (ExchangeUtility.exe) utility.
