When attempting to view attachment within a message, the generic Archive Manager web page error is shown instead.
The following error is logged in the Event Viewer | Archive Manager
Exception Message: The file '/ViewAttachment.aspx' does not exist.
The ViewAttachment.aspx file is missing or corrupted.
WORKAROUND
Find the copy of Viewattachment.aspx in the C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\WebSite folder.
If the file is missing or corrupted, please contact support to obtain a copy.
Reinstall the product to fix the corrupted or missing file.
