Is there any way of populating the Email Address tab with the respective email addresses from Active Directory? -
Description
Large number of users and/or email addresses, and a scriptable option is needed. -
Cause
Need to add/link email addresses to mailboxes for message linking. -
Resolution
There is a new configuration setting that was introduced in Archive Manager 5.4:
Enable the feature as follow:Directory Connector Add Email Address To MailBox: Links the email addresses from Active Directory to the mailbox accounts in Archive Manager. The default value is False. - Stop the Archive Manager Active Directory Connector Service.
- Add the following in Archive Manager Configuration Console | Advanced Settings:
Config Key: Directory Connector Add Email Address To MailBox
Value: True
- Start the Archive Manager Active Directory Connector Service.
