Archive Manager incorrectly identifies Exchange versions
Description

Archive Manager Active Directory Connector incorrectly identifies Exchange versions on servers with non-US decimal grouping characters.

Archive Manager may detect an Exchange server 2010, 2007 or 2003 as Exchange 2013.
Cause

This is due to Archve Manager being installed on servers with non-US decimal grouping symbol
Resolution

WORKAROUND

For Archive Manager 4.8 and older, please Contact support for Hotfix.

STATUS

Issue fixed in version 5.0. The latest version of Archive Manager can be downloaded at: https://support.quest.com/download-product-select
