Archive Manager website does not load and displays "Under Construction"
This happens when the Microsoft.Net v2.0 framework component is installed before the Internet Information Services is enabled on the Windows server.
The scriptmaps at the IIS metabase root and for all scriptmaps below the root are not installed.
WORKAROUND
Run C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
to register the sciptmaps for IIS.
