Resolution
A weekly job is scheduled to perform an optimisation on the passed table or all tables within the database that have been altered or added and are below the base level percentage of fragmentation. The default SQL command DBCC INDEXDEFRAG and DBCC DBREINDEX are used to maintain the Archive Manager database.
