This error occurs when the Archive Manager Search Service is unable to locate the Full Text Index Temp Path or it has not got sufficient permissions.
1.Check that the share \\server\AftermailFullTextIndex is accessible to the Service account being used to run the Microsoft SQL Service (MSSQL service). SQL must be able to Read/write to that location.
2. Ensure that the "Full Text Index Temp Path" key in AM Configuration editor is set to the correct UNC path.
3. After changing the above settings, restart the AfterMail Full Text Index Service and the AfterMail Full Text Search Service.
Note: For Archive Manager 5x, just restarting the Archive Manager Full Text Index Service should resolve the issue.
