Description
PST Importer may throw below error while trying to import a pst file:
"Error in current PST File: none
Exception is: The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"

Cause
MSVCR71.DLL and/or MSVCP71.DLL is not registered on the machine running PST Importer

Resolution
Copy MSVCR71.dll and MSVCP71.DLL from Archive Manager server to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\Archive PST Importer folder close and open PST Importer
