Why is Archive Manager is not processing some emails?
Archive Manger generates a unique CheckSum for every email and attachment. This CheckSum is generated based on message headers and is used as stamp to identify messages and attachments.
In some migration scenarios the emails are migrated to Exchange server without the header information.
To check if there is a header for the email, right click on an email choose Options (see image)
If there is no information in the Internet headers window then the email is not in a correct format and cannot be processed by Archive Manager.
Re-migrate the emails which do not have the header information and verify that Internet headers are in place.
