Description
When attempting to access the new Archive Manager 5.4 website in Internet Explorer 11, you see the following in the window Title bar:
{{[productName}}
From Developer Tools, you see the error "angular is undefined"
The new 5.4 website works as expected in Google Chrome.

Cause
Incorrect Document Mode and User Agent String Settings in Internet Explorer | Developer Tools | Emulation. Document Mode needs to be set to 9 or higher.
A Group Policy may be changing it to 8 when you access the Archive Manager website, even though it says 11 when you initially open the Browser.

Resolution
1. From within Internet Explorer | Cog (Gears) Button | Developer Tools | Emulation tab
2. Set the Document Mode to 9 or later.
3. The Website should then load.
Investigate why the Document mode would be running 8 or earlier.
