Mail items being imported into a users Virtual mailbox and not the actual mailbox in Archive Manager
Description

All future mail items for a particular user are being imported into the users Virtual Mailbox. No items are being written to the actual Archive Manager mailbox.
Cause

The Virtual Mailbox name is the SMTP address of the actual user mailbox.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Rename the Virtual Mailbox so that it does not include an SMTP address.
E.g Firstname.Lastname@company.com, rename it to Firstname.Last name and take out the @company.com from the virtual mailbox name.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Archive Manager.
